ITC Family Membership Refund Policy
At Cody ITC, we strive to create a supportive and exclusive community for spiritual growth and exploration. To maintain the integrity and value of our ITC Family Membership, we have established the following refund policy.
Refunds and Membership Termination:
• We offer a full refund on ITC Family memberships if requested within 7 days of purchase. However, this refund signifies that you no longer wish to be part of the ITC Family, and as such, your membership will be terminated upon refund.
• Once a refund is processed, your name will be removed from the ITC Family Lifetime Members list, and you will no longer have access to the exclusive benefits offered to active members.
Non-Refundable After 7 Days:
• After the 7-day refund window has passed, all membership purchases are non-refundable. We believe this period is sufficient for members to explore the benefits and ensure the membership aligns with their spiritual journey.
Preventing Abuse of Membership Privileges:
• We value the authenticity of our ITC Family. To prevent misuse, once a refund is requested and processed, we do not reinstate membership or re-add names to the ITC Family Lifetime Members list without a new valid membership purchase.
Exceptions:
• Refunds beyond the 7-day window may be considered in exceptional cases, such as billing errors or circumstances that are at the sole discretion of the ITC Team. Please contact us at ITCTeam@CodyITC.com if you feel your situation warrants special consideration.

2. Physical Products (e.g., Bracelets)
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be "returned." However, you can cancel your membership or service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a consultation or private session is completed, it is non-refundable.
- Early Termination of Memberships: If you wish to cancel your membership subscription, you may do so at any time. However, refunds for the remaining period of the subscription are not provided.
