We understand that accidents happen and sometimes membership IDs can get lost or damaged. We are here to help you get a replacement so you can continue to proudly display your ITC Family membership.

 

How to Request a Replacement ID

 Replacement Fee: For a fee of $19.99, you can request a new membership ID if yours has been lost or damaged. This fee covers the cost of printing and shipping the new ID.

 

Requesting Your Replacement: To request a replacement membership ID, please follow these steps:

 1. Visit Our Store: Go to our official store and find the product labeled “Replacement Membership ID”.

2. Purchase: Complete the purchase of the replacement ID for $19.99. This will cover the cost of printing and shipping your new ID.

3. Confirmation: After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with details on when to expect your new membership ID.

 

Special Instructions for Elite Members and Founding Members

 • Elite Members: If you were an elite member before membership IDs were issued, you can request a copy of your membership ID by emailing ITCTeam@CodyITC.com This request will be processed at no additional cost.

Founding Members and Pre-ID Members: If you are a founding member or became a member before membership IDs were issued, you can request your first ID copy free of charge. Please send an email to ITCTeam@CodyITC.com with the subject line “Founding Member ID Request” and include your full name and membership details. You will receive a special link to request your free ID.
