Before we even start meditating, it's crucial to establish a serene and conducive environment. Follow these steps to create a sacred space:

 a. Find a quiet, comfortable room where you won't be disturbed.

   b. Dim the lights or use candles to create a relaxing atmosphere (Essential oils like lavender help too!).

   c. Play soft, soothing music or use nature sounds to aid relaxation (Hemi-Sync is highly recommended).

   d. Remove any distractions, such as electronic devices, or put them on silent.

 

2. Relaxation and Meditation:

Achieving a deep state of relaxation is essential for astral projection. Follow these steps to quiet your mind and relax your body:

 

   a. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
